To indicate your position on HR45:

  1. Fill in your personal information
  2. Select 1/16/2026 from the calendar
  3. Select House State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs from the list of committees
  4. Select HR45 from the list of bills
  5. Choose your status (e.g. A Member of the Public) and who you're representing (e.g. Myself)
  6. Select your position on the bill, leave testimony (optional), and submit the form.
